Treatments for body and soul
I offer a wide range of treatments that promote both physical and mental well-being.
The Touch Release massage , with roots in Chinese Tui Na massage, works with light touch to dissolve blockages and tension. Classic acupuncture helps balance the body and manage stress. I also offer nutrition and health counseling to support a healthy lifestyle as well as treatments for body balance . Through healing and coaching conversations, I guide you to inner harmony and well-being.

HORSES & ANIMALS
Harmony and balance for you and your horse
I offer a range of services to help you and your horse work together in harmony, focusing on balance, body awareness and trust. Through my treatments and training, I want to support both horse and rider to achieve a deeper understanding and a natural interaction. In addition to my studies in Chinese and Western medicine, I am trained in agriculture and have studied "Movement, structure and function of the horse at the Swedish Agricultural University, SLU. Enrolled in the Knight's book "The Knighthood of Academic Art of Riding" as number 120. I am also a co-author in three of the books in the book series "Academic Art of Riding" Vol 3 - Longe Work, Vol 4 - Riding in & Vol 5 - The Circle, published in English & German by Müller Rüschlikon publishing house.
Touch Release treatment for horses and dogs
With light touch, based on Chinese Tui Na massage, I help to dissolve blockages and tensions in the body , which promotes mobility and well-being in both horse and dog. I will come to you and your horse. Dogs are welcome at my reception in Enköping
Deepen the relationship with your horse through balance and ease

Online or at your place
Academic equestrianism is an education system based on the principles of the classical riding academies. Here you and your horse can develop balance, body awareness and confidence , both in riding and in work from the ground. I offer private lessons and weekend courses to give you the tools to work with your horse in a harmonious and effective way.
Young horse training, lunging and ground work
I also help you with training of young horses, as well as lunging and ground work - all important elements to build a strong and balanced foundation for your horse. Through these methods , a harmonious interaction between horse and rider is promoted.
My desire is to help you and your horse work with ease and balance, creating magic in your interaction. As a Chinese proverb so wisely puts it:
