 Frequency-based art
 My frequency-based art project "A-transmission" is a way to express energy and vibrations through art. Each piece is created with the intention of raising your vibration and creating harmony.
 This is intended as a screensaver.
 When work in front of the computer becomes too intense and you need a break.
 Turn off the job on the screen and bring up Guide between realms :
 Sit comfortably, place your hand on your heart and breathe for three minutes, as if you were smelling a rose, letting the air out through your mouth
 You will quickly get into a good vibration
 The calmness gives the body optimal conditions for the release of stress-regulating hormones and the nervous system gets a fresh start.
 If you have more time, you can sit for 5-10 minutes, then you can lower your hand, place both hands on your thighs with your palms gently facing each other as if you had an invisible, warm ball between them. Continue breathing softly in the same way as before. Finish by placing your hands on your stomach at the navel.
